How do I place an order?
Use our simple and safe Order Form linked at the top of this page. If the link is not working, please email us directly at misshollybakery@gmail.com. There is no order minimum and we take special requests!
When should I place my order?
We suggest placing orders at least two weeks out, with a one week minimum for standard bakery items. Custom and/or large orders should order 3+ weeks ahead of your pick-up date. Orders submitted for pick-up less than one week out will not be fulfilled.
How do I pay for my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, we will send you an invoice via email. You can use the payment button on the invoice to pay via debit/credit card. Payment must be submitted 48 hours in advance of your pick-up date. Cash payments are accepted with sufficient notice. We accept all major credit cards.
Do you deliver?
No - but coming soon! At this time, we require you to pick-up your order. Pick-up details will be provided after your order has been confirmed and is in process.
Do you ship?
Not at this time.
Are you allergen friendly?
YES! We’re happy to provide accommodations for anyone with food allergies with enough notice. Please note your allergies on your order form. If you have a peanut/treenut allergy, please provide your order at least two weeks in advance as an extra precaution.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellation of regular bakery items. Cancellation for large orders and cakes requires 3-5 business days ahead of selected pick-up day.
What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
Please contact us with your order number and provide details as to why you are unsatisfied with your order. We will do our best to provide a positive and delicious experience, but please note that all sales are final and refunds will not be given except for extenuating circumstances.
